enhanced support for "syslog"

Hello all,

we are already using log4php in our project for a couple of years. In
the past we chose an ordinary file appender, but now we need to feed the
syslog daemon. Support for this is available in log4php, but it's
rudimentary only. Therefore a colleague of mine
(roberto.gonzalez-luengo@tietoenator.com) enhanced
"LoggerAppenderSyslog.php" to provide support for specifying

  - facility,
  - priority and
  - options

We hope this is something that could someday be included in log4php's
standard distribution.
