Claus Ibsen resolved CAMEL-124.
-------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
The major refactor to camel-ftp introduced the RemoteFileProcessStrategy.
We have these strategies
- delete
- rename
- lock
> reuse the FileProcessStrategy in the FTP/SFTP/SCP component so that we can support delete / timestamp / lock file / rename policies
