[Abator] Abator for Eclipse Version 0.6.1

The Eclipse plug in for Abator is updated to version 0.6.1.  Changes
include:

1. All the fixes included in Abator 0.6.1
2. A new Ant task for Eclipse that can be used in automated Eclipse builds.
