Added pluggable implementation through null-check attribute of field-descriptor, together with updated site documentation. Currently there is no consistency check between null-check for a PK field and null-check for fields in other classes that refer to the PK-field through FK-references (these must be the same to make sence, and OJB should probably add a future consistency validation check on repository load).
