rpcrouter.jsp missing

I download soap-bin-2.0.zip from xml.apache.org/dist/soap. It did not have
the rpcrouter.jsp. The document says it will be in the webapps directory. I
am also able to see this in soap-bin-1.2.zip!

In the 2.0 version there is an RPCRouterServlet which is used in place of
the original rpcrouter.jsp.
