   ### Task Summary
   
   `computing-unit-managing-service/src/main/scala/org/apache/texera/service/resource/ComputingUnitManagingResource.scala` is the REST resource for computing-unit management. Its spec (added in #7337) covers `getComputingUnitInfo`, `getComputingUnitMetricsEndpoint`, `listComputingUnits`, and `terminateComputingUnit`, using local-type units so no Kubernetes calls are made.
   
   The remaining endpoints have no tests: `createWorkflowComputingUnit`, `renameComputingUnit`, `getComputingUnitTypes`, `getComputingUnitLimitOptions`, and the local branch of `getComputingUnitResourceLimit`.
