It would be better not to replace the multibyte charactors to underscore when adding android platform.

Steps to reproduce:
# cordova create hello io.cordova.hellocordova コルドバ
# cd hello
# cordova platform add android

Expected result:
{code}
Adding android project...
Creating Cordova project for the Android platform:
	Path: platforms/android
	Package: io.cordova.hellocordova
	Name: コルドバ
	Activity: MainActivity
	Android target: android-23
Android project created with cordova-android@5.2.1
{code}

Actual result
{code}
Adding android project...
Creating Cordova project for the Android platform:
	Path: platforms/android
	Package: io.cordova.hellocordova
	Name: _______
	Activity: MainActivity

Note:
_cordova build android_ command generates expected apk. (Application's name is not changed.) It's only the display matter.
