[jira] [Updated] (OOZIE-3052) add oozie job delete

dengkai updated OOZIE-3052:
---------------------------
    Description:
Althought the purge service can purge older wfs, coordsand bundles, there should be a delete feature for users which can let them delete manually.
I think purge service must be optional, because users may not want to delete all the older jobs but some incorrect or test jobs. Also there may be some jobs need to be deleted not so old. A default purge can caused users data missing.
I've already do some work on this, you can assign this to me.
