IndexReader with reduced buffer requirements
Summary: IndexReader with reduced buffer requirements
Product: Lucene
Version: 1.4
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Other
Status: NEW
Severity: Enhancement
Priority: Other
Component: Index
AssignedTo: lucene-dev@jakarta.apache.org
ReportedBy: paul.elschot@xs4all.nl
As discussed on lucene-dev before, queries with lots of terms can use
up a lot of unused buffer space for their TermDocs, because most terms
have few documents.
