Just a heads up. MUCH MUCH MUCH better github support is now in the HADOOP-12129 patch.  It's a big patch since it "de-Apache-ifies" things quite a bit, makes the bug system support pluggable, gives the ability to make comments on things like github PRs directly*, etc, etc.  It's a big patch so it'd be good to get a lot of eyes on it.  

* - yes reviewboard/gerrit/whatever people. This opens the door for comments to be made to it too as soon as someone writes an RB plugin....
