[Bug 123801] Calc formatted field not connecting to Base

I had a file with this bug crash today, with the front tab being the one that
triggers the bug.  In the recovered file, the bug was not active.  It seems
like something about how files are opened from recovery (no bug) vs. opened
normally (bugged) has an effect.
