Huh. Failure on i686-pc-linux-gnu for both ra_svn and ra_local, but
passing (same two RA layers) on i386-unknown-freebsdelf5.0.
Is anyone else seeing this failure? I'm running 'make check' on a
RedHat system right now...

On my Redhat9 box, 'copy_tests.py 20' passes just fine using /trunk, r7366.
