[newbie] installing on windows - unzip & overlay?

hi everyone,
i'm using the windows instructions at:
http://www.apache.org/dist/portals/jetspeed-2/JETSPEED-2.0-M1-README.txt

The instructions say "For Windows: unzip jetspeed-2.0-M1.zip directly
into your tomcat home directory (overlay)"

The Jetspeed 2 zip file has two folders inside, jakarta-tomcat-5.0.30
and jetspeed-database.
My tomcat install is in c:\program files\apache tomcat\Tomcat 5.0.30.
It has folders such as bin, common, conf, etc. The
jakarta-tomcat-5.0.30 folder in the zip file has these same folders.

When I unzip the jetspeed folders, do i do it so that the
jakarta-tomcat-5.0.30 folder in the zip file replaces what's in my
current Tomcat folder?
