Documentation 0.9.0 Quick Start

Hi,

I noticed that in Section 1.3 of the documentation in "Step 3: Create a topic" the example still use bin/kafka-topics.sh even tho in the deprecation notes of 0.9.0.0 the following is stated:
"Altering topic configuration from the kafka-topics.sh script (kafka.admin.TopicCommand) has been deprecated. Going forward, please use the kafka-configs.sh script (kafka.admin.ConfigCommand) for this functionality."

When counting I see that this deprecated script is used in 15 examples. Can this be updated in the documentation and/or can I help updating it?

Kind regards,
