Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: AXISCPP-133
    Summary: Allow handler to change URI
       Type: New Feature

     Status: Unassigned
   Priority: Major

    Project: Axis-C++
 Components:
             Basic Architecture

   Assignee:
   Reporter: John Hawkins

    Created: Thu, 19 Aug 2004 1:08 AM
    Updated: Thu, 19 Aug 2004 1:08 AM

Description:
The handler would like the ability to change the URI. although not immediately obvious that this is a good thing - this is actually a neat way of ensuring that the URI is correct if their are multiple stubs in use.
