Release of 2.0.4 and branching

Hi all!
I think that my issue shopping list for 2.0.4 (except of an issue
dependent on Maven Javadoc plugin, but it can be circumvented) is
empty and, if anyone has anything in contrary, we would start thinking
about a 2.0.4 release.
After the release preparation (through the "release:prepare" goal)
probably we should branch to start the 2.1.x development.
Anyway, I think that I cannot do it in this weekend, so you have to
wait until Monday, but if anyone wants to step in, he/she is welcome
:-)
