[ANNOUNCE] Apache Portals Gems 1.2, RSS 1.3, Logging 1.1

Apache Portals Gems is a collection of portlets completely portable to the
Portlet API (2.0) Gems is a subproject of the Apache Portals Applications
project. You can download the jar file, or download individual portlet
packages containing Java code, JSPs, and portlet.xml.

With this release, we have updated all dependencies for the Gems, RSS and
Logging sub-projects and modernized the Map portlet.
