  First, we will change that to REG_EXPAND_SZ - thanks for identifying that flaw!

  Second, I agree, if an association exists, we shouldn't replace it.  I'll work
  on modularizing those two (.conf and .log) associations, and installing them
  only if no support is installed.  Perhaps simplest is to use an Edit verb,
  instead of the Open verb, so we won't replace any default Open actions at all.
