[heads-up] [Fwd: Re: summary on Lenya vote?]

Hello committer,

we will have 5 days to prepare:
- draft (add the purpose of the lenya project)
- vote the first PMC

*reminder*
Canidates for pmc: do you accept or decline?
Any other canidates?

I reckon within the next days we have to vote. I do not care whether we
will but our names in the cvs or ppmc list!

I reckon cvs is alright!

King regards
thorsten

TLP.

Actually, I just went back through the vote thread, and from what I can see,
we have votes from Leo Simons, Steven Noels and myself. I did look further
and found Nicola Ken's vote at
http://nagoya.apache.org/eyebrowse/ReadMsg?listName=general@incubator.apache
.org&msgId=1760664, so that's four. I cannot find one from Stefano, and I'm
not particularly keen to ever infer someone's vote just because they started
the thread. No one else seems to have voted.

che.org&by=thread&from=822879

Please feel free to correct me if you find any other votes in the archives.

As for applying for TLP status, I had indicated in a message to Steven Noels
earlier that, yes, the Lenya PPMC should prepare a proposal to the Board for
TLP status. If no one objects to Lenya being promoted between now and the
Board meeting, you should be good to go.

{cocoon-lenya}/proposal.pmc.txt

I meant PMC Chair!

All committer can add their name to the initial PMC list. If they are
not doing this that means "are not interested to be part of".

Jupp, sorry!

Why not? Forrest did that as well! All committer can vote without
subscribing to another mailing list.

That would be as well in {cocoon-lenya}/proposal.pmc.txt.

WDYT?

can you say again where the "file" is with the purpose?

I'd suggest that all committers will be part of the Lenya PMC, except
the ones which are not interested to be part of.

I guess you mean for the PMC chair
