Namespace Bug?

In Axis Nightly 8/19, 

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
javax/xml/rpc/namespace/QName

Is it just me, or should this be javax.xml.namespace.QName?  I can find
javax.xml.namespace.QName in jaxrpc.jar, but certainly not the one it's
looking for...
