cxf-xjc release....

CXFXJC-8 is kind of a show stopper for folks on Windows.   Thus, I’m thinking I’ll do a release of the xic utils stuff in a couple days.  I want to get some verification from a few more windows folks before proceeding though as working on Windows is definitely not my normal thing.  :-)  

Anyway, if there are any other fixes/changes needed, please let me know.
