[DISCUSS] Release tar.gz for source and binary

Hi Everyone,
What do people think about releasing only tar.gz artifacts for 0.4.0.  
We haven't done a very good job of testing both the .zip and the 
tar.gz.  Therefore I wondering if we should pick one or the other.  
Thoughts?
