Unable to download maven ant tasks

http://maven.apache.org/ant-tasks/download.cgi

When trying to download the latest "Maven ant tasks" Ant plugin I retrieve an 403 forbidden error.

Imho you should not be using the Maven Ant tasks since they are using Maven 2 internally and you are most likely using Maven 3. Maven 3 uses Eclipse Aether and there are Aether Ant Tasks that probably do what you want to use the Maven Ant tasks for.
