Subject: initial commit of JCR support

Hello,
I just committed my code to the sandbox. Besides the code there are
unit tests with around 80% coverage and a sample plus readme.
There are quite a lot of changes from the code initially committed on
JIRA.
I plan to add support for JackRabbit decorators, more unit tests and
especially the JTA support (review also the JTA aspect of the
JcrLocalTM) in the future (next week probably).
Feedback is welcome.
