[ANNOUNCE] Apache Geronimo OpenAPI 1.0.14 released

The Apache Geronimo team is happy to announce the Apache Geronimo
OpenAPI 1.0.14
release.

It brings several fixes like supporting @BeanParam but also enabling the
reuse jsonschema generator and openapi model without jaxrs.
