screen capture of GUI's

I've posted screen capture of the JMS GUI. I'm still working on the
sampler classes, so it's not quite functional yet.

I decided for now to only use JNDI to lookup the ConnectionFactory,
since I can't predict how other JMS providers support direct
instantiation of the connection factory.
