[jira] Updated: (OPENJPA-861) Update the manual for XML column support for MySQL

Milosz Tylenda updated OPENJPA-861:
-----------------------------------

    Attachment: OPENJPA-861.patch

The patch updates the manual. Apart from saying the MySQL is supported, I have done a few other changes:
- enumerated all currently supported databases and their minimum required versions for XML column mapping
- added an entry on how to force XJC to generate setters for collections - this completes OPENJPA-834
- made minor editorial changes mostly to make some terms in the XML column section more consistent with other sections
