Description: It has been found that some well known MTOM interop endpoints wouldn't support if the MTOMized message is chunked. Yet when we simulate same scenarios with Axis2 to Axis2, these scenarios well work. In order to get this support CommonsHTTPTransportSender's code has to be altered.
