Board Report

Hi all,

we are due our report this months again.

This time I'd like to take a different approach since our reports are
getting a bit long for something that really should just contain the
relevant pieces for a board report.  If we feel like publishing status
reports of Gump to a wider audience we should use the project blog or
some similar means.

I'll start something on
<http://wiki.apache.org/gump/Drafts/BoardReports/20041215>, but please
let's keep it really, really short.
