   ## Summary
   I added I2S support to a custom board (esp32-sparrow-kit) which uses 24-bit I2S for the microphone. I also fixed a segmentation fault that occured in esp32_i2s.c, because the audio sample buffer of 8192 bytes is not a multiple of 3 (number of bytes per sample in 24-bit i2s) and sooner or later a bad memory access happened.  Surely, one could make the buffer size a multiple of 3, but I thought it was important for the code to work for any buffer size.
   I am also reporting the number of audio channels in audio_i2s.c, because otherwise nxrecorder would throw an error.
   
   ## Testing
   Used nxrecorder to record audio onto an SD card.
