[I] [studio][Bug][Track1] BrokerCluster page renders local mock infrastructure nodes [rocketmq-dashboard]
Aias00 opened a new issue, #700:

## Problem
`BrokerCluster.tsx` defines local mock Broker, NameServer, and Proxy records and renders them directly in the infrastructure management view.
Evidence:
- `web/src/pages/studio/BrokerCluster.tsx` has local `brokerData`, `nameServerData`, and `proxyData` arrays.
- Tests currently assert production-looking mock nodes such as `broker-a`, `nameserver-a`, and `proxy-a`.
## Impact
This is in the Studio Track 1 / ARCH-01 Proxy and cluster management scope. The page should not show fake infrastructure nodes when no real cluster/provider data is connected, because operators can mistake it for live topology.
## Expected
The page should call a real API/service, or clearly show an unsupported/empty state until a real provider is connected. It should not render hard-coded Broker, NameServer, or Proxy nodes.
