   Do you have any ideas for this? The only real other option I could think of was creating a script that will:
   
   - Create a folder `build/package`
   - Loop over the contents of `.vscodeignore` that start with `!`
   - For each file/directory copy it into `build/package/`
   - cd to `build/package`
   - create VSIX
   - mv VSIX from `build/package` to root
   - remove `build/package`
