I have two assemblies in a project.  The assemblies have the same name except for the extension, but they are different files.  The assembly plugin currently throws a warning if these two assemblies use the same id.  It should only give a warning if the complete file name is the same.

the assemblyId is also used as the classifier for the resulting archive(s). Unfortunately, this ID is actually required to be unique for the project build.
