Problem with unparsing when dfld:separatorSuppressionPolicy=never

Why am I getting an error on unparsing? I have attached the TDML file.  /Roger

That's a bug.

I suspect that separatorSuppressionPolicy="never" has very poor test coverage in Daffodil right now.

I don't know of any actual schemas (e.g, on github DFDL schemas site) that use this feature, so it hasn't been a priority. But clearly we need to add test coverage for this.
