    Just merged in master and pushed changes out to address the feedback so far.  
    
    One question I have:  which account should this service run as?  My assumption would be the "metron" user but then we would likely need to update the permissions in HDFS which may be out of scope for this PR.  As it stands now it runs as root but I don't think this is correct.  Thoughts?
