Preparing Testing PaxExam 4.0.0

Hi *,

I'm currently preparing Testing PaxExam 4.0.0 which solves around 40 issues:

The version resolver contains 3 snapshots. Two modules (Scripting Groovy and 
Commons Permissions Sling) depend on Testing PaxExam 4.0.0 and will be 
released shortly after. Therefore using the upcoming release versions in 
Testing PaxExam.
