[jira] Created: (ARCHETYPE-118) Installing a custom archetype with mvn install throws org.apache.maven.lifecycle.LifecycleExecutionException

Installing a custom archetype with mvn install throws org.apache.maven.lifecycle.LifecycleExecutionException
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: ARCHETYPE-118
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/ARCHETYPE-118
             Project: Maven Archetype
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Plugin
         Environment: linux
            Reporter: Alexander Semenov

Installing custom archetype does not work with empty <localRepository/> in setting.xml. It must be configured explicitly like <localRepository>/home/tvaroh/.m2/repository</localRepository> and does not use resonable defaults.
