So how about making this?  - starting an ESB subproject in Tuscany that uses
SCA, adds these specialized component types, maybe uses Synapse or whatever
else we find useful.  There's obviously some interest in ESBs so it would
bring new people to Tuscany, it would help with any spec work around SCA and
mediations, and it would help us in Tuscany/SCA by giving experience of
actually trying to use the code we're developing.
