   - Normalize three release skills — `release-verify-rc`, `release-vote-draft`,
     and `release-archive-sweep` — from committed **copy-dirs** / a mis-pointed
     symlink to the framework's **canonical-plus-relay** self-adoption pattern
     (`SKILL.md` Golden rules 5/6):
     `.agents/skills/magpie-<n>` → `../../skills/<n>` (canonical), and
     `.claude`/`.github/skills/magpie-<n>` → `../../.agents/skills/magpie-<n>` (relays).
   - Surfaced by `/magpie-setup upgrade` on the framework checkout — a pre-existing
     self-adoption drift (likely from how those skills were first added).
   
   ## Type of change
   
   - [x] CI / dev loop — `setup` self-adoption wiring
   - [x] Other: framework self-adoption symlink normalization (no skill content changed)
   
   ## Test plan
   
   - [x] `skill-and-tool-validator` passes (257) — every normalized symlink resolves as a valid skill.
   - [x] All **60** source skills now have a canonical `.agents/skills/magpie-<n>` link (was 58).
   - [x] Verified the removed copy-dirs were **byte-identical** to their `skills/` source — the change is lossless.
   
   ## RFC-AI-0004 compliance
   
   - Mechanical wiring fix; no behaviour change. The three skills were callable before and after.
   
   ## Notes for reviewers
   
   - Pure self-adoption layout fix; diff is symlink swaps + removal of the duplicate committed copies. No `SKILL.md` content was altered.
