Please use https://archive.apache.org/dist/creadur/ instead of https://dlcdn.apache.org/creadur

ASF Infra encourage projects to remove old releases from dlcdn.apache.org but all releases get automatically archived.

I would suggest a better solution is to use the Maven Plugin which relies on Maven Central.
