Data BAse connectivity

i am using Tomcat and SQL Anywhere (for JSP as front end),my problems are
1.how to make a connection with the SQL Anywhere database from the JSP page,
2.how to configure the tomcat server so that it will support the Sybase SQL Anywhere.
3.The JDBC Driver is Jconnect , but how to configure it with tomcat,
