best practices for ANTing EJB app

Hi,

While building large enterprise EJB based applications using ANT,
what are the best practices one can follow.  Can we share our learnings
about building complex applications using ANT .
Like How do we handle things like:

1. Circular compilation dependencies across packages
2. Ability to build individual functional module.

Couls u share ur valueable knowledge .
