I had a quick look, and it looks good.
Except, I noticed in the diff that the copyright on the 10.8 branch still seems to be 2011, I wonder if that needs to be updated?
Looks like this was already done for the docs branch (see: http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/db/derby/docs/branches/10.8/docs.properties?r1=1346010&r2=1346009&pathrev=1346010)
