STR:

# Start adding Sqoop via Add service wizard 
# Install sqoop client task should fail
# Click retry

Expected: 
Add service wizard resets progress bars and starts tracking new request

Actual:
Retry button disappears, new request starts blinking in background. Add service wizard does not update (progress bars are red/yellow). Looks like dialog is still tracking an old (failed) request.
