#### Description of PR
_Enables X functionality; fixes bug NIFI-YYYY._
In order to streamline the review of the contribution we ask you
to ensure the following steps have been taken:
### For all changes:

- [ ] If applicable, have you updated the `LICENSE` file, including the main `LICENSE` file under `nifi-assembly`?
- [ ] If applicable, have you updated the `NOTICE` file, including the main `NOTICE` file found under `nifi-assembly`?
- [ ] If adding new Properties, have you added `.displayName` in addition to .name (programmatic access) for each of the new properties?

According to the Jira issue linked to this pull request, the problem appears to be a runtime environment problem, not something in the NiFi build configuration. The root Maven configuration includes the Bouncy Castle version, so all other project modules inherit the same version:

For this reason, the changes in this pull request are not necessary. Further discussion can take place on the Jira issue, but I am closing this current pull request. If we do find an issue that needs to be addressed with the Bouncy Castle version, opening a new pull request is certainly an option.
