[ Question ]Loading Third party Library - Storm Topology Start Up

Hi All ,  What is the right way of Loading Third Party Jar  when we start
Storm Topology ? ..

Basically i'm trying to load one of the custom  library at the time of
Storm topology Start .. It works if I copy the Jar into STORM Library Path
..

Is there any option to Pass third party library PATH in this stom jar  <>
 command ?.
