This patch fixes the out of memory bug. There was a misplaced catch() block in earlier patch, causing the http server to report wrong port number. ReduceTaskRunner hits that port to get map output which was a RPC server and it fails. 

HADOOP-677 will further ensure detection and prevention of such cases.
