Description: As a part of CASSANDRA-16977 we identified a problem functions ({{FunctionResource.fromName}}) parsing logic. We agreed that {{Resource.fromName/}}{{Resource.getName}} should be symmetrical. I'd like to ensure that by having a corresponding unit test.
