0.7.1 on hyperreal

Underwhelmed by the response to my suggestion to upload a 0.7.1
with the new parameter for "all" routines, I went ahead and uploaded
it.

It's a version without PGP, and with the new icons (and approriate srm.conf !)

It still has the support/auth directory.

Trying it out now on hyperreal...

Oh yeah, the problem with apache soaking up BSDI resources still exists 
on BSDI 2.0 as best I can tell :(  I'll see if 0.7.1 is stable enough for 
one other site (www.links.net) that gets a whole lotta hits.
