Error accessing file http://servername/servlet/sample_servlet (-> http:/servername...)

Hi,

 I'm getting the following error, when I try to download a file, which is served by a servlet:


001-12-18 20:03:51 - Ctx(  ): 408 R(  + http:/servername/sample/path_used_by_servlet/file.txt + null) Response from server.....file.txt


The request entered from browser is :

http://servername/sample/path_used_by_servlet/file.txt


The configuration is like this :

Browser Client <----> ProxyServer <--> ApacheServer <--> Tomcat Server

The platform is NT, and I've even fixed the PS parameter in tomcat configuration file. (Path Separator)

Can somebody point out where I might be wrong, or where to look at?
